Villa Oesterdam Wellness 16 is a very spacious and luxurious villa that can accommodate up to sixteen people with wonderful wellness facilities. This holiday villa can only be booked by family groups.
Villa Oesterdam Wellness 16 has a living area of 200m2 and consists of three floors. On the ground floor is the living area with TV and decorative fireplace where you can enjoy your holiday together. There is an open kitchen which is fully equipped for a large party, including a combination microwave, two dishwashers, oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and two refrigerators. There is a separate toilet in the hall.
In the basement, the villa has four bedrooms, a separate toilet and two spacious bathrooms with a sun shower, sauna and a bubble bath. Make use of the various wellness facilities for ideal relaxation and you will feel like you want to stay here forever. On the top floor, there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a television.
The different living levels give you a feeling of peace and quiet and still have a bit of privacy, despite the fact that you are staying in this villa with a large group. Do you already have in mind with which part of your family or with which group of friends you would like to stay here?
Villa Oesterdam Wellness 16 has a spacious garden with an open terrace with furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful weather and the peaceful and natural surroundings with the entire group.
Your villa is equipped with all conveniences such as free wifi and parking for 5 cars at the villa. Your stay is also including made beds, kitchen package, towel package and a final cleaning so you don't have to think about anything and can fully relax. Villa Oesterdam Wellness 16 is strictly non-smoking, pet-free and it is possible to place a number of children's beds.
A location directly at the water is not possible for this type of villa.
This type of accommodation can be booked all year round with flexible arrival days, even in the summer months. You can arrive daily with a minimum of 2 nights except Sundays.

Die Anlage war sehr schön und modern. Das Haus Nr. 183 war großzügig vom Platz, auch die Bäder waren schön groß. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ok. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls ok. Unter den Betten/ Couch und in den Ecken sowie unter den Tritthockern Staub und Spinnenweben. Einige Bodenplatten im Garten waren locker und eine große Stolperfalle. Der Kamin war ganz toll! Die Heizung im Keller hat lange bebraucht um warm zu werden. Im großen Bad unten haben wir sie gar nicht anbekommen, der Raum war dadurch sehr kalt. Der Hausanschlussraum war sehr laut! Die Geräte sprangen oft an und machen viel Krach. Einige haben sich über die schlechten Matratzen beschwert. Gut fanden wir, dass das Grillen erlaubt war! Auch der Techniker kam schnell und unsere Mängel wurden bearbeitet.

Prachtige lokatie en een zeer goede service. Villa183 is perfect voor zo een grote groep als de onze. Het feit dat de tuin niet helemaal in orde was werd zeer correct gecompenseerd zonder we er naar moesten vragen. We hebben een perfect verblijf gehad. Dank u.
