Villa Oesterdam Comfort Extra 8 is a very luxurious villa, suitable for up to 8 persons, with extra large rooms and lots of light for a luxurious and relaxing stay. This holiday villa can only be booked by family groups.
The serene atmosphere, the stylish decor and the luxurious furnishings make the Villa Oesterdam Comfort Extra 8 the ideal holiday destination. There are four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. This villa has an extra large living room and an open-plan living kitchen with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. Also there is a seperate toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two more bathrooms including toilet. The house is originally a 12 person home of 153m2, which is made suitable for 8 people and therefore offers extra space with lots of light and a natural atmosphere, divided over two floors.
Your villa is equipped with all comforts such as free wifi and parking for 2 cars at the villa. Your stay also includes made beds, kitchen package, towel package and a final cleaning so you don't have to think about anything and can fully relax. Villa Oesterdam Comfort Extra 8 is strictly non-smoking and it is possible to place a child's bed.
This type of accommodation can be booked all year round with flexible arrival days, even in the summer months. You can arrive daily with a minimum of 2 nights except Sundays.

Oesterdam is voor ons het derde jaar op rij thuiskomen. We komen in de zomer en de herfst. Het is altijd heerlijk. Een aantal verbeterpunten die bepalend zijn om elk jaar te willen blijven terugkomen: - Mierennest in het huis. Heel de keuken en living zat vol mieren. Er waren wat lokdoosjes geplaatst voor we er waren maar dat was duidelijk niet voldoende, we hebben zelf het mierennest bedwongen met keukenrol en dreft, ik denk dat hier toch wat opvolging nodig is als het probleem gekend is. - hoofdkussens: kwaliteit ondermaats, we moeten de lakens er vanaf trekken voor we vertrekken en de vergeling en vlekken op de hoofdkussens waren echt walgelijk, dringend aan vervanging toe. - Airco, wij hadden geen top weer en eerlijk gezegd maar goed ook. Het huisje was erg warm en de enige dat dat het 26 graden was, was het snikheet en niet uit te houden om te slapen Verder was alles weer fijn en prima, maar vooral de warmte in het huisje is wel bepalend voor zomervakanties.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad!! Paar punten: Allereerst misten we echt een steigertrap bij de steiger. Zeker met kinderen was dit onhandig en eigenlijk ook niet veilig – een behoorlijke domper op een plek waar je juist veel buiten bent. Daarnaast was de koelkast veel te klein voor een gezelschap van 8 personen. Voor deze groepsgrootte zou je echt een ruimere koelkast mogen verwachten. Wat we ook vreemd vonden: voor een verblijf van €3000 per week verwacht je dat sommige dingen niet hoeven. Nu moesten we het beddengoed bij vertrek er zelf afhalen én ook moest er geveegd worden. Dat mag je bij zo een bedrag niet verwachten.
