What are the hours for checking in and checking out?

On the day of arrival, you can check in as of 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly request that you check out by 11:00 a.m. Do you need extra time? Feel free to ask at reception about the possibilities for a later check-out.

Who has access to the wellness facilities?

The wellness area is only accessible to hotel guests wearing swimwear. Children under the age of 18 are allowed access daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., accompanied by a parent. Outside these hours, the wellness area is exclusively accessible to adults aged 18 and over.
